The Process
- 1. Place seasoned product in DeepGrill® bags; flavored sauces may also be added.
- 2. Place bags in 7-compartment DeepGrill® basket, and leave the tops of the bags open for venting.
- 3. Place basket in Fryer - shortening will be a few inches below the tops of the bags.
- 4. Cook for the appropriate time.
- 5. Lift basket out of fryer; you may immediately remove the bags.
- 6. Remove food from bags using the tear-away feature on the bags.
- 7. Serve.
